The hotel is overlooking a busy street but provides very comfortable and detailed rooms with good soundproofing. The service was accommodating and efficient, making our stay very nice and comfortable. The location is outstanding, just a block from the main plaza and close to various activities and restaurants. The dining experience was hearty and delicious but lacked proper explanation of included items. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were super clean and comfy, and I loved how quiet it was despite being so close to the Zócalo. The location is fantastic with just a short walk to the main square and cathedral. The dining options were good but a bit limited. The service was top-notch and the staff really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
